Return and Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The item has a clear manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item was sent by mistake.
- The item received does not match the description or specifications.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake from our end or a manufacturing defect.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hair-era.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Hair products, including hair extensions and wigs, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
